An individual service sheet is issued for every piece of equipment processed.
Our schedule is adapted to your diving calendar and peak season needs.
There is no minimum quantity required, from a single regulator to an entire rental fleet.
We also offer collection and delivery of equipment for dive centers located in the Andaman Sea region.

We’ll come and collect your equipment.
If you are staying in Krabi Town, there is no need to travel to our workshop.
Simply contact us the day before your requested service.
Provide us with your meeting point, hotel, guesthouse, or any convenient location, and we will collect your equipment directly on site.
We carry out the revision or repair within half a day, and return your gear serviced and ready to dive the very same day.

How a scuba equipment servicing is carried out
Step 1 => Contact us via WhatsApp or email with the details of the equipment to be serviced or repaired.
Step 2 => Drop off your equipment at our workshop, arrange a collection point, or organize shipping by mail.
Step 3 => We inspect, service, and test your equipment before confirming any billing.
Step 4 => We return your equipment with a service report and a 1‑year warranty.

Our scuba equipment servicing and repair workshop is based in Krabi Town, Southern Thailand.

Delivery is available for all dive operations across the Andaman Sea.
For individual divers staying in Krabi Town, we offer a collection service directly from your accommodation, with same‑day return of your serviced equipment.
We also accept mail shipments from other regions of Thailand.
Everything You Need to Know About Scuba Equipment Servicing and Maintenance
Scuba Regulator Servicing
The scuba regulator reduces the high pressure from the tank to ambient pressure, allowing the diver to breathe.
The first stage connects to the tank valve and lowers the high pressure to intermediate pressure = ambient pressure + 8 to 10 bar (depending on the regulator).
The second stage reduces this intermediate pressure to ambient pressure on demand, with each inhalation by the diver.
The octopus is a secondary stage used as an alternative air source in case of an air supply failure.
Scuba regulator servicing includes complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of O‑rings and seats, spring inspection, reassembly, and pressurized breathing tests.
Manufacturers such as Scubapro, Aqualung, Apeks, Mares, Cressi, and Sherwood recommend servicing annually or after 100 dives.
A regulator that is not properly maintained may develop air leaks, uncontrolled free‑flow, or increased breathing resistance, all of which represent serious risks while diving.
BCD Servicing and Repair
The buoyancy control device (BCD) allows divers to achieve neutral buoyancy at any depth by adding or releasing air.
The inflator mechanism is connected to the low‑pressure hose and controls inflation and deflation of the BCD.
A faulty inflator can cause uncontrolled ascent or inability to release air, which is a serious hazard underwater.
The BCD’s quick‑dump valves release air from the bladder and must be perfectly sealed to prevent unwanted deflation during the dive.
BCD servicing includes cleaning the inflator, replacing O‑rings, bladder leak testing, and verifying the proper function of all quick‑dump valves.
Dive Computer and Pressure Gauge Servicing
The dive computer measures depth, bottom time, ascent rate, and nitrogen saturation to calculate real‑time decompression limits.
Battery replacement in a dive computer or dive watch requires careful installation of the sealing O‑ring to maintain the manufacturer’s specified waterproof rating.
The pressure gauge indicates the remaining cylinder pressure and must provide accurate readings to avoid any risk of running out of air underwater.
Servicing the pressure gauge includes O‑ring replacement and a pressurized leak test under operating conditions.
Regulator Hose Replacement
Medium‑pressure hoses connect the first stage to the second stage, the octopus, the direct system, and the drysuit inflator. High‑pressure hoses carry higher intermediate pressure and supply air‑integrated consoles or SPG gauges.
Cracked or worn hoses are a frequent cause of air leaks and must be replaced before any failure occurs underwater.
